Description

The name comes from its typical cherry shape, with a bright red color. It’s a small-medium sized tomato, smooth to the touch. The flesh is ideally firm, with a strong and resistant skin.

Cooking

A sweet tasting tomato, it can be used fresh or to prepare salads, tomato bruschetta, pizzas, cold pastas and “pizzaiola” meat (tomato and oregano sauce). Perfect for sauce preparations.
